Hello Socorro Community!
This post is to bring awareness to our ongoing phone trouble lately. As some of you may know, and those who may not, our phones have been compromised and we are operating with only one working line. It has proven difficult for many to reach us due to these problems but we encourage you to keep trying. If our line is in use as you make your call, you will experience an unending ringback tone. Unfortunately when reaching our secondary line while it is in use, it will not allow messages to be left to us either. If you do reach our voicemail box, please feel free to leave a message. Alternatively, to contact us would be through our Animal Haven website by sending an appointment request email. Our phone company has put us in significant delay with repairs and we still have no scheduled date for getting things back up and running at full capacity. We do apologize for the terrible inconvenience and we hope to hear from you through our other channels. We truly hope to troubleshoot these issues soon so we can continue to accommodate our furry friends of Socorro! We thank you for your understanding.
